Got a girl crush on: Stacey Carosi (played by Leah Remini)

A young Leah Remini played Stacey Carosi, the daughter of Malibu Sands beach resort manager and the girl who captured Zack Morris’s heart (for that summer, at least) in a 6-episode arc of Saved by the Bell. She was so much more mature than the other girls, and had that cool husky voice. I wish they would’ve brought her on as a regular cast member or at least a recurring character.

Man, I used to love the remote episodes when they would take Zack and the crew out of Bayside and plop them into another location with new characters and love interests. Like the time they went to Palm Springs to attend Jessie’s father’s wedding (to a younger woman, mind you). Or that time they went to Hawaii (technically a made-for-TV special) and the natives thought Screech was their king. SO good!
