In Jeaneen’s own words:

“My work is a metaphysical embellishment of a hinterland dreamscape that has developed based on the necessity to escape from the complexities of life. Within this ethereal landscape, heroines and villainesses frolic and wander about, accompanied by their spirit animals that they maternally protect. These women possess a joyful serenity that comes only to those who feel they are in harmony with the universe. Congested majestic patterns lead the way to their mystical destination, in hopes of maintaining their world of peace and wisdom.”

In other words, she paints really kickass, vibrant portraits of powerful women with their spirit animals. <<If I could do the Xena war cry, this is where I’d do it>>
