Got a Girl Crush is teaming up again with Brooklyn's New Women Space to organize our 2nd Annual Print & Zine Fest on Sunday, November 19th from 12-6pm.
Featuring an exciting, emerging line-up of women/trans/gender non-conforming-led publications, artists and merch:
- Got a Girl Crush - A blog and annual print magazine about women, by women, for everyone
- The Bettys - Female-identified LGBT art collective from NYC tri-state area
- Loveis Wise - Our incredibly talented Issue 06 cover artist will be selling her wares!
- Math Magazine - An independent porn quarterly for open-minded adults
- Slant'd - An annual print magazine that celebrates Asian American culture
- Sarvnaz Press - New York based artist.
- Posture - A queer-run art and fashion magazine that features the most brilliant and rebellious creators of our time.
- Bushwick Review - A literary and art magazine that features over 20 contributors each issue.
- Tom Tom Magazine - The only magazine in the world dedicated to female drummers
- Suzie Magazine - A bi-annual creative print publication that presents cutting edge interdisciplinary work
- Shout Your Abortion - #ShoutYourAbortion is a decentralized network of individuals talking about abortion on our own terms and creating space for others to do the same.
- Unapologetically Brown Series - A Visual and Audio Series of a Brown girl trying to empower POC Communities via any means necessary.
- Xiao Mei - Talented Brooklyn based artist and illustrator with zine/artist books and other items such as handmade patch and pins centering around the ideas of life as a young woman and women's bodily freedom and sexual pleasure.
- Townies - A zine cataloging the lived experiences, stories, and imaginations of PoC and LGBTQIA+ folks // who live or have lived in pockets of suburban, rural, and small town America // that have culturally and politically been associated with and claimed by whiteness and bigotry.
- Jia Sung, Taehee Whang, and Sarula Bao - Three queer Asian-American artists who explore questions of identity and heritage through their zine practices. We will be showcasing zines, prints, apparel, and more!
- Isabel Urbina Peña - Looking for unconventional ways to narrate stories, bellera started making zines in 2013 by focusing its efforts in publishing and other printed ephemera filled with experimental hand lettering and type.
- Yeiry Guevara - is the author of THE SAVIOR, a Spanish-and-English zine that explores family and memory in El Salvador through the lens of photography.
- Claire Kho - is an illustrator based in Brooklyn, NY.
